THis bus i've waited for more than one hour ( RapidKL claims that bus will come within 15 minutes)

the arrogant driver don't let the passengers out of the bus
why? he is crazy. I've encountered this and same driver TWICE.this time i recorded him. From the video you can see how the driver behaved. AND, rapidKL U82 is always jam.
