Examing the theory Burke suggests using the informant Robert Bond's statement is not even plausible. Burke provides no verifiable witnesses that can place Paradiso at Logan or driving a cab. The cabin area of Paradiso's boat was small and cramped and would not allow a large man to gain leverage with a whiskey bottle to inflict a fatal blow to the head. The MO is dramatically different than any of the other crimes Burke implicates Paradiso for. Hamilton PD disagreed with Burke's theory and the Websters when new evidence of Joan's remains were discovered buried in a shallow grave. The Websters maintain their belief in the credibility of the informant Robert Bond. An examination of the boat showed the vessel had a broken rudder and would not have been seaworthy. This information was known to the FBI and Trooper Palombo in October 1983. They continued to put forth Bond's statement and this explanation presenting false information to the court and media.
The next video will be Part II after new information required Burke to change his story.
