hi, can you make a review on Nikon 18-105mm vs 18-200mm, i want to know their picture in day and night photo quality. i am planing to buy which one is best buy..( for nature, wild, and landscaping, travel photography).

are you canadian?

I bought this with a D90 kit..
Being honest it's a cracking lens I wasn't expecting much but it's a sharp puppy across the range.
It's not going replace a faster lens for low light such as a prime or fast zoom, but for a general purpose lens it's much better than I was expecting.

Sir, I have nikon d90 with nikkor 18-105mm lens and recently I receive a pack of ZEIKOS 2X telephoto and 0.45X wide angle lens kit, how will I use this kit with my existing DSLR lens?

The tabs on the mount on my copy broke. Help!
I mena, Is a lens light this good enough for wedding photo or do I really need a 2.8?

@kauxkaux - You could. Depends how good you are with flash lighting because you're going to need it indoors with this lens. Now if you were using this lens outdoors in good lighting, then no problem. If you're going to use fast primes as well such as the 35mm f1.8G, 50mm f1.8 or f1.4, and the 85mm f1.8, then it could work for you. Me, I prefer to use my Nikon 28-70mm f2.8 in conjunction with my 50mm f1.4G for available light.

You mention correcting distortion in post processing. I use Aperture 3...what do I need to do/use?
rogerwp 1 year ago
@rogerwp - I haven't used Aperture, but I would assume it can do distortion correction. Have you tried looking through the Help section to see if there are instructions? I use Lightroom 3 which does distortion correction very easily.
