As I have said elsewhere, I have never advocated a carbon tax of any kind. And as for making sense, I don,t see much sense being made by anyone in this debate. The comment above is sarcasm,(a low form of wit, I know) and a comment on the state of the debate about global warming.

Me, me, me,... I am too important to change my lifestyle. I'm not going to stop wasting resources. I demand the right to remain selfish and ignorant. I get my information from commercial news services and as we all know, they are infallible and would never lie just to sell papers or achieve higher ratings. Blah, blah, blah I'm not paying more tax to the one world government, Blah,blah... The reds under the beds are trying to steal my coal fired lifestyle!!

I take it the science is infallible then Max? I just see it as yet another witch doctor style scam. Thats the reason to look at both sides so as not to remain ignorant and dismissive.
