3. In India, none kashmirs can not buy or rent properties in Jammu And Kashmir, which has contributed to keep the kashmiri culture alive. The residents in Jammu and Kashmir are original, while in Northern Provinces the majority speaks Urdu and have immigrated from other parts of pakistan.

Kashmir should be a part of India. If you look at how Pakistan and India has treated their respective parts of Kashmir, India surely has done the best job.

1. Pakistan has still not made Azad Kashmir a province, and even thou Northern Province has been given province status, it has only 19% real kashmiri population.

2. In India, not only does Jammu Kashmir have statehood, they are also the only state in India where the state government can veto a bill passed by the parliament of India.
