Petr Prielozny from Beauty&Beast Fitness,llc. is presenting a workout routine for an endurance athletes. I personally created this workout for my little brother, who is a teenage professional endurance athlete. This program is based from 3 compound exercises as Squat, Deadlift and Benchpress. Followed by Cardio/Endurance exercises and finally finished by Abdominal and Core works.
