  • It's not the bread that is good or bad it is the thoughts you are having about it.

  • when you say that if i fall back, that i need to "work with the want," does that mean that i do not actually want it or that i want it and have not achieved it?

  • It means that at this moment in time, due to the way you are feeling because of beliefs or the programming that you have been taught growing up that you have some blocks with your WANT. You can easily work with this using EFT or The Balance Procedure, to get rid of the things that are blocking you. When they are cleared and you test your 'want' again you will get a different response. The same goes for food, the response can change from moment to moment.

  • It occurs to me that a good many people, myself included, are not sure of what we want or why we want it. There fore it may be more difficult to see what the blocks are regarding our obscure and abstract wants often put apon us by society.

  • David would like to let you know that I have been working hard & not seeing results with my new business; so last night before bed I did the balance series & the how to know what you want by writing down the things that I want (moving back to Chicago, going to naprapathic college, continuing massage/reiki, & housing) I almost fell over forward. Not once but twice. This brought a sense of safety & happiness all over. Thanks for sharing such powerful tool to bring balance back into my life.
