Arkansas Electric Vehicle Rally. Students built the cars from kits, then competed in events like a long distance race, an obstacle course and a quiz bowl to see if their minds are as fast as their cars.

It's not only fun and educational but learning to work on these cars could really give them an edge up in the years to come.

The cars can travel up to 38 miles per hour and can run for about an hour on a single charge.

these events are at the safest it can get which aint so great in my opinion I'll be at this years event n if my school don't win auto-cross I'm goin to kick my little brother in the face..or atleast our 2nd fastest last year

Dude, these batteries dn't spill or leak, they are sealed AGM (absorbed glass mat) made for safety and performance, get your facts right!

I hate watching this clip ya im in it for like 2 sec but they only talked to the big schools not the most talented @ 1:12 u'll see me the person who dominated the Auto-Cross or obstacle course by 4 sec but they would never interveiw me, i took that one again this year as well it was only by a sec this year i still didnt get interveiwed so much for my last year in ev
