Eating healthy doesn't mean bad taste, not when you're cooking with Chef Shelley. Try this flavor infused alkalizing alternative to traditional Italian dishes. Here Chef Shelley guides you through the creation of her own "pHavorite pasta." Great taste and good for you. . .what more could you ask? This video segment is only one of many other on the pH Miracle Cooking with Chef Shelley DVD available at www.phmiracleliving.com

  • Alkaline food can actually be tasty : )

  • Looks good. The only thing I would add is to cook the pasta "al dente" and put your condiments in the cooking pan with the pasta so they heat through together and the flavors can marry more effectively. Looks very good. Thanks.

  • looks good, but i thought vinegar was good for us,,,and did you use that open microwave in the background......you should know that you might as well not eat anything that you "cook/radiate " in that monstrous machine. just saying.

  • Very Good

  • Considering most people would benefit from this type of recipe, perhaps they will get the right idea to be as educated as you to become a raw food vegan.

  • how can this be alkalizing when it's cooked and the majority of nutrients have been killed?

  • healthy cooking means great taste! I love that apron.

  • nam nam

  • Please upload more videos about the cure of type 1 diabetes, it's very interesting.
