Usually, the wedding dress boutiques in major cities in India carry the costumes similar to this. You order a custom made for ur size from their catalog. Such dresses are worn by Indians only on special functions. The more elaborate the embroidery the greater the cost because it is done by hand. The best costumes are in movies b'coz they have big budget and after the movie, the movie producers auction the clothes off. Fetches even more price than what it originally cost them.

Aishwarya Rai is an interesting woman in the sense that she is defined by her beauty, though I think it is her intellect that is grossly underestimated.
