I'm aware that they mixxed with other nations at different times. thats clear in the bible. but I dont see that another seperate line had emerged that was to be distinguished from jews. instead I see that they maintained their identity and stopped intermarrying, like in the book of nehemiah, (not because of their race but because of thier idolotrous practices.) they seperated themselves. otherwise how do you explain the line of david and the geneology of christ?

abraham was refered to as a hebrew.(gen. 14:13) the word hebrew comes from the name of abrahams ancestor eber, who was a decendant of shem. (gen. 10:21). to focus on names and bloodlines is a waste of time. king david as we know, decended from the tribe of judah (one of jacobs sons), but he also has a harlot from jericho and a moabite in the wood pile. and jesus, as we know was a decendant of david. he is refered to by the magi as king of the jews. sorry, but jesus was a jew. your cause is bogus
