  • but you can think it as that you can't compare them because their good at being them.. but most people will just look at the "tricks" they do and compare them that way

Good point. I guess that is what makes Parkour special. The context of movement in space, not just the movement itself...and of course who is doing it...and why?

  • If that isnt positive, then i dont know what is. Parkour builds character.

  • We need to show/explain to companys that parkour is very positive. Without parkour some people wouldnt have been able to show their creativity and express themselves throught this type of movement. I mean look how popular parkour is in the UK, and on youtube. Parkour would evoulve world wide and companys would be making more money of it (which in a way, is kinda a bad thing) but its like skateboarding or BMXing, it shows creativity, the will and mindset to accomplish new things, and confidents.

  • i think instead of being a part of this idea of competitions maybe explain why it is bad, the risks and how parkour is an uncompetitive discipline. maybe the best thing to do is to give the right message to these companys and to the public

if we don't we shall create many misconceptions at a risk of our greed or allowing ourselves to not explain the discipline properly .

  • damian is really great but as he says , there is no comparing those two :D or anyother freerunner in the world
