The commercial is for an online-version of yellow pages, not for underwear.
For explanation:
The asian guy hands the rolls (in German: Brötchen ) actually saying "Blödchen !!" (in German: little dumbass ), as Asians tend to pronounce an R like an L.
So for the german ear the conversation goes like:
