The contacts were sticking on this pump which was leaving the probability that the pump was going to malfunction and not work when it counts.

We replaced this defective sump pump with a Zoeller N53 Dewatering Sump Pump to resolve the issue. The N53 requires the additional remote switch to operate the pump. This customer spent his last money on a pump with this new setup as the pump installed down inside this sump crock will last indefinitely. Only the external switch itself will need replacement in the years to come.

Dunbar Plumbing replaced this sump pump on an emergency call March 16, 2010. Our response time was 64 minutes from the time the call reached our office.
