I've seen the film, and it's pretty bad.
The English voice work is really bad. It just sounds like people doing impressions of the original characters. The only ones that work are Benny, who sounds almost exactly like his 60's version, and Spook, whose voice has been updated to sound more like a surfer.
The background work feels unfinished. It's a shame, because the jokes are very good at most times, and the story fits the show very well.
It's a pity though. It could have been so much better.

@vero36ify that's not a good excuse, I've seen South American cartoons with MUCH better animation than this, and they're made for TV.

The graphics don't fit this well at all. Should've just kept the graphics simplistic and flat like the original. Also, TC's feet look weird.. huh.
