Go figure! I could tell that just by watching the video. Great form! I just started kettlebell training and am working with an RKC Instructor, so it was pretty obvious.

All kettlebell exercises are to be done either barefoot, or in shoes with little to no padding (like wrestling shoes or old school Chuck Taylor Converse shoes). The reason is because your feet need to remain flat on the ground in order to avoid strain on the knees and keep a stable footing. Today's running shoes don't do that.
