  • The miffississiffiss.

  • its pronounced al-bair

  • @TheRacketBoss The Prof didn't even mention the word Absurd. This gives him a poor grade when discussing Camus. For thousands and thousands of years, men only live to about 25 or 30. With this short lifespan, man was not aware of the Absurd. What if man lived to 700 years like the Old Bible? Would this be more Absurd? Yes!! So Absudity is a function of age. Right now there are 7 billion people. By 2050 there are to be 10 billion. Eugenics needs serious discussion, esp. China and India

  • His work on absurdism simply involved humans being LOGICAL, sadly we are creatures that are not, our genetics, what we are.... doesnt allow us to be, the absurd arises from the conflict between the reality of the universe and our genetic behaviour as humans to attempt to live in this place..

  • @johnnydoeist Is gullibility that easy to buy nowadays?

  • The everyday man does not enjoy tarrying. Everything, on the contrary, hurries him onward. But at the same time nothing interests him more than himself, especially his potentialities. Whence his interest in the theatre, in the show, where so many fates are offered him, where he can accept the poetry without feeling the sorrow. Camus – The Absurd Man
