Read the What Car? Hyundai i10 review http://bit.ly/wnleXw
With the Hyundai i10 you get an awful lot of car for not much cash. The i10 is good to drive, cheap to run, well equipped and impressively spacious for a city car.
The eco-focused Blue model doesn't make financial sense for those who live outside London, and there could be a wee bit more security kit provided.

Americans can afford to be complaicent when they're paying peanuts for petrol.
No wonder they can afford to run these gas guzzlers.
Here in the UK a gallon of petrol costs £6.12 which equates to about $10 USD.
Now try and understand why we might be inclined towards cars like the Hyundai i10.

@m287452 maybe in Australia your petrol isn't as expensive as where I live. Said this, this car isn't particularly brilliant for consuption but I just bought one that runs on LPG for about 5000 euros, two years old with still 3 years warranty. Not bad, touch wood.

I recently bought a BMW E36 325is with less than 40K miles, in excellent condition, for $12K (US). And I know that it will last me as long as I take care of it, and it will still look good 10 years from now. And yes, I have driven Hyundai's, and there is no comparison. Just be patient and wait to find a good deal on a NICE car that you will enjoy driving.
