Swamp Song Tool Bass Cover

A couple of you asked about where I got the tabs at. I found the version I used in the forums at Tooltabs.net . The main site doesn't have the song, so the tabs must be found in the forums.

Me covering Swamp Song by Tool on bass. I'm also testing out my new camera to see how the sound quality is on it. I missed a few parts, but overall I think it turned out pretty good.

Some parts might be a little out of sync. I recorded the video without the track and then I added it in later.

what bass effects do you use?

ive been tryin like mad to find something similair to tool, but havent quite come across it yet...

Well, I was using the BP200 processor, so I can't really remember exactly what effects I was using, but I know it was something to give it more bite. I probably eq'd it to lower the mids and raise the lows and highs. I also think I was just using the bridge pickup without the neck pickup turned up.

hey good stuff man,what's the number pattern that you do for the lyrics,"this blog is thick and........".all the way to "i hope it sucks you down" ..........that's the only part im missing,i know it's probably the easiest part.lol it's almost sounds like you hit that d string? thanks
