This video is so underrated. She's got a great ensemble backing her. It's a song that one can sense she has lived the lyrics. And the way she communicates it is so damn hip and honest. Plus the cool scat-singing with the St. Thomas reference. Carmen is as real as it gets. But I suppose that's hard to see when we're so conditioned to praise plastic.
