In this video, he's not actually biting, just grabbing on with his beak, and it doesn't hurt at all. He's very very gentle unless he gets mad or scared and then it does hurt, but he does that on purpose!

Are you sure he likes you to do that? At one point i saw you grab him and shake him a bit...

Yes, he loves to play roughly. The shaking is very gentle (I know it looks a bit fast and rough in this video due to the resolution), and though he's preoccupied with the pen in this clip, he usually jumps up after a little wrestling and runs to me for more.

I had a pair of Black-headed caiques, and they LOVED to wrestle. They also loved to chase dogs, chew everything, and generally cause mischief. These are awesome pets.

lol no every parrot has a different personalities. caiques generally have a disposition that seems like they're on steroids, so this bird must be having a lot of fun. and i have owned parrots before.

He is to cute! I had an Umbrella Cockatoo and had to get rid of him after I gave birth because he would scream his head off every time she cried. I was thinking of getting a Caique, and was curious what the price range is for these birds?
