Thank you Lin, yes, this is something that I think we all think about and we all want to have this control in our lives .. with the band I am afforded the luxury of that control ... without, I fear I would eventually give in to those moments and lies of "oh,just this one time" ... ugh ...

I know that it is nearly impossible to fathom something working for you as far as controlling the impulsive/addictive eating ... but I've truly experienced "behavior modification" of sorts by using the band to help me over come those issues. You are absolutely not alone, I hope you're having a great week =o)
