In this episode of the Running Raw Project: Tim heads out on a long run in Sullivan Canyon Park in Los Angeles. Along the way, Tim shares his insights and struggles with candida.
Did a docter find out you have candida? I know I have candida but the 'normal' docters don't believe in candida. They just wanna stuff you up with antidepressiva's and things like that. Doctors don't take my problems serious. It's so hard to do a good candidadiet without support of a docter. I need that confirmation of a doctor so people around me believe it's real and not just a diet. Do you take supplements? There are people here that treat candida with a lot of antibiotica for months :s
I also agree about too much fat-I'm 100% raw, and when I eat too many nuts or seeds, it makes me sluggish and impairs my mental ability. Anyways, hope things get less stressful for you soon! :)
*hugs* Tim, do you do any meditation or yoga for when times are a bit too stressful? I think it's great that you pushed yourself to go for the run; I enjoyed the video. Keep us posted on how you are doing. I'm sending extra love your way. XOXOXOXO Gypsy
I thought I was the only one who felt bad after eating too much fat when 100% raw. It is good to know that there is someone else who has a similar issue. I definitely feel the best when eating a mono fruit diet with some greens. Sometimes I break down and indulge in a raw desert or heavy meal.
its the fat? ok when i go for some fruits today!
