i actually think that removing the combat was a great move
not being able to fight enemies will make the game really scary
i also heard that the running away segments are very smooth, like mirrors edge

I think the lack of combat, could make it a whole lot more suspensfull. Like Penumbra 2.

I own the game and I do wish there was some combat.... It's a bit difficult to control on the wii too.... I love the puzzles and the mystery... I'm still working on the game but overall, I LOVE IT! XD

This game was meant to be survival horror. Not action horror. The reason they took combat out is so you dont feel empowered. Its supposed to be like a nightmare- Nothing to fight with, running for your life. Only you, A flashlight, and a cellphone. Thats it. They wanted to make thi survival horror in order for it to be even scarier. Thats the reason they took combat out. In my opinion, this game deserves a 5/5, 10 out of 10.

Silent Hill Homecomeing Had alot of action and alot less puzzle solveing then the others so im gessing thay are makeing this one unblanced like homecomeing but in puzzles and not in action, but still its gona be good cos its Silen Hill

I was skeptical about the lack of combat, but damned if the trailer didn't make it look good! I thought they'd screw it up, but...wow! It actually looks pretty intense.

i agree, i think the game could still be good, but i'm still a bit skeptical about the lack of combat. Still looks creepy as hell
