Hi, my name is Chico and Im a 2-year-old altered male Chihuahua and Dachshund mix with a white coat. Ive been waiting for my new home for quite some time now, since July to be exact. I am an overlooked treasure: Im affectionate, friendly, quiet, gentle and tolerant. I love running around in the play yard and I am very attentive to training if you have treats to reward me with. I am also smart and have lots of energy, I just need some exposure to the world and firm, consistent training. I can possibly live with other dogs and cats. Though any resident dogs need to come to the shelter for an intro. My new owner must have breed experience and if they have children they should be in their teens.
