Hi, I added a small amount of right using some washers, I cut the nose straight and added about 3mm right thrust.

Nobody has asked if u got it back out the sea? Was the lipo speed controller damages?

The Cmpro Discus didn't have a motor when it crashed in the sea, the servos fried and receiver so then I decided to power it up with a AXI 2820/14 so no more gliding in the sea.

I started with the motorized version of the HobbyKing ASW 28 2.53m glider. All that means is that they made the cut to the nose and installed the firewall for me. When you tried to slope soar at the shore it sure looked like a leap of faith. I don't know if I'd have had the stones to even attempt it. The motor makes it a far more flexible plane to fly for sure.
