What you are referring to as the Old City Hall Building, was the Library when I lived there as a kid! I was born and raised there, moved from there in '89.

@dshovious The City Hall has since been moved, and the City Hall sign removed from the library to reveal the Carnegie Library sign once again!

Our family lived on this road, big white house on North Michigan from 1972- 1988. You can see it on the left at about 0:19
