The requirement for representatives to answer to the represented on the disposal of their powers and duties, act upon criticisms or requirements made of them, and accept (some) responsibility for failure, incompetence, or deceit.
Cool vid! the Bushian stache a bit over the top, rest of imagery is a riot ;-) Was that a cemetery the police were using as a base? Hey, they're just doing their job - not their fault. Probably some were highly embarrassed.
I bet you couldn't define fascism for 100$ Yea, go check wikipedia for it right now, so that maybe you'll sound a little better informed next time you post or protest. Also, once you throw rocks at police, you pretty much deserve to be shoved and tear gassed. Sure you have rights and freedoms, but not to assault people. Consider yourself lucky this is Canada, where you won't be tortured and killed for that kind of stupidity.
(#3)All that protesters hoping for democracy encountered, was a police state mob of fascist cops who ended up dousing the small streets of Montebello with tear gas canisters..
I lost my camera in the melee, and went back to where I thought I left it.. the police line had receded- the townsfolk were now walking the streets that were covered in the over excessive use of tear/pepper gas powder...
all of this for whom? the corporate elite and their fascist agendas?
The pepper spray and canisters were severely underprovoked and young women were pushed up against trees and trampled as the wall of riot cops insidiously advanced, trying to push back the protesters from the entrance roadway to the Chateau Montebello, where we had planned to drop of thousands of signed petitions on behalf of the Council Of Canadians.
cool..Im in this video...Im the one in the group holding the green sign shouting shame, shame, shame!- peace, peace, peace! as a protester gets clobbered by a fascist riot cop.
