a remix is when you add your own. this is just something they chopped up and looped it and high pitched it. if you added drum patterns and hi hats and sample the rest of the song, its called a remix.

its not a remix. its just the original with the pitch turned up to make the waves travel faster. and i can hear it being looped. you can do this many ways. you can sample it yourself and add your own beat pattern to it. you can chop it but u have to know how many beats u are cutting it. how to make ur pitch match the tempo of your beat pattern as well. that's chopping and sampling. there's many ways to do it though.
