Referee Warm Up Premier League - Newcastle v West Brom Dec 2012.m2t

I noticed this warm up drill by the referees before the Newcastle v West Brom Game in the Premier League on Dec 21st.
It looks a really good warm up drill for all concerned especially the eventual center with having to move in a more 2D fashion tracking the two ARs. It looks like the idea is for the official on the pitch to keep a 90 degree right angle between him and the other two ARs as they move laterally up and down the line.giving him the opportunity to move in all directions both forwards and backing up.
