@Mclovin1484 Not really, they were both soulless dictators. The game clues you in sometimes and says Andrew Ryan tortured people for following religion.
He had the right idea for atheists and communists, but most people that just want to live their life the way they want, and he didn't like that. Not one bit.
Fontain, on the other hand, is a classic case of "Vote for me and I'll do anything you want". He brainwashed the low-class masses and formed a revolution, much like the Soviet Union.
