Could you please tell more about this? I have just order the "Rebuild Your Vision" program, but have not started. I am nearsighted, and would definitely like to get good eyes. Thank you so much!

I am 58 and have tried many of these eye exercise programs without results. I tried this method and I am amazed that it worked so well and so quickly. This is different that the near far jumps and circle exercises I have seen in other programs Once you learn the convergence divergence technique even small print becomes easy to read. Congratulations Dr. Gottlieb, this is a real advance amd my vision is now much much better.
