@alativalmis low intensity cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or after an intense weight sessions when u have no carbs left to burn and in both situations youll burn the fat unless u train too hard on an empty stomach youll start burning MUSCLE!

so do we do a ladder then all the kettle bell lifts? Repeat 2-3 times or do we do what you just did 10 yards, kettle bell swings, 20 yards ect... Repeat 2-3 times?

basically just core involving cardio, 10 minutes of jump rope a day worked great for me

@alativalmis its called diet ;) and even better combine it with some cardio running or p90x or insanity or swimming, jump rope is great to but mostly diet :)
