These are edible gems or diamonds made from isomalt. I made these using a silicone mold. Both products are from globalsugarart.com.

  • You don't need isomalt, you can use regular sugar you just need to use some cream of tartar or vinegar to keep the sugar from crystallizing.

  • These are lovely. I love the pink ones. What did you change in order to prevent the air bubbles in the pink ones?
