  • Thanks, Phil!!!! I will most definitely give that a try - snatches with my 8 kilo are no problem but the 12 kilo feels awkward. I need to work on improving the tension in my entire body, so your advice is awesome! A work in progress! :)

    Excellent video. Keep em coming girl. May I give one recommendation to you? On the Snatch, which looks good, try to keep the heels down on the ground.

    You want to feel like your feet are burning into the ground, this builds tension. I can hear the Gymboss, nice
