You'll be fine. You just cant be a quitter. IF you will quit in a damn pool then instructors cant take the chance of you quitter on a rescue. When I went through I 140. 3 of us went straight through the other 30 initial candidates were roll backs. After Mirecki (sp) it got a lot easier.
im a water polo player and hear this is what i can do tread water for 1 hour then i swim 500 yards then i can perform 50 push ups then i can perform 50 sit ups and then 10 pullups.
<3 this is what i'm thinking about doing... but my choice is NAVY for sure!

@brandonberg1 here this is what you have to do Swim 500 yards in 12 minutes
Run 1.5 miles in 12 minutes or less
Perform 42 push-ups in 2 minutes
Perform 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes
Perform four pull-ups
Pass a Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL BUD/S physical fitness screening test in Boot Camp and in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) in order to qualify
