Hey Jill,
I've been watching your struggles the past few months and I think it's awesome that you were willing to put them out there for others to see. I'm so glad you are doing better. I was just wondering if you've ever been on such a small amount of meds in the past and how that worked for you? I love the idea but I'm not sure it would work for me. Hope that you continue to do well!

Thanks for your message.
I would not advise taking a small amount unless this a plan set up with your GP or mental health team.
I have tried lots of meds and we are trialing this amount for the time being.
