DIY Homemade Universal Gripper

Using a regular party balloon, some ground coffee, a plastic tubing and my lungs, I was able to quickly reproduce this universal gripper. Also a piece of cloth form an old shirt is used to filter the coffee and keep it out of my mouth/lungs.

The gripper is able to pick up many objects and is fairly strong.

I am trying to source a cheap vacuum pump to replace my lungs. Post a comment if you have any suggestions.
