Phil Schneider - May 1995 Lecture

Philip Schneider claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases around the United States , and to be one of only three people to survive an incident that occurred in 1979 between Grey aliens and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base.

For the last two years of his life, Schneider gave lectures about government cover-ups, black budgets, and UFOs. Schneider was never able or willing to prove his allegations (e.g. showing the entrance to Dulce Base). His claims received little mainstream notice, but caused quite a buzz in UFO enthusiast circles.

Schneider was found dead in his apartment on January 17 1996 Some suggest Schneider was murdered .

@Slunqmusic If you check the year he said he started with the gov job, you will see he would have only been 17. But he also claimed to have gone to school for several years before being offered this secret job. Makes no sense. I mean he was 17 and supposedly had already gone to university to be an engineer, and then gotten this government job? There are other oddities also tho. Anyway, take care my friend.

@Slunqmusic Wow, fast reply. Haha... Honestly, alot of Phil's story doesn't add up. I used to believe him, until I did some research about his education and the supposed years he was employed, & so on. One of the things he says is he was employed by the defence department, a job he got after becoming an engineer.

@Slunqmusic As mentioned, Phil died in 1996. Also, the reason he is wearing his hat like that is because he had cancer at the time of this lecture and was having chemo treatments done. Take care...
