You don't have to transfer at all. Most of the best home brewers have abandoned doing a secondary fermentation. Just let it ferment out, wait a few extra days for it to clear, then bottle or keg.
Honestly when I was still bottling I would ferment in the carboy then transfer to a bucket with a valve to bottle.

@halstead21 Have you tried any gluten free beer brewing?. I made banana honey millet beer, it tastes great, and has the same alcohol content if not more! ,and its way easier to digest .

That is a counterflow wort chiller, not an immersion wort chiller. I'm sure you know that but for someone who is just starting, that might be confusing to them when they try to submerge their counterflow chiller in their wort. Pretty good video otherwise.
