  • I wish I had you for my physical therapist!

  • No registered health professional will be able to help you over the internet (not if they are worthy of their qualifications anyway). Any physio, doctor, etc, will have to perform a full assessment before making a diagnosis and developing a treatment plan so I suggest that you arrange a consultation with your GP / physio. Sorry to not actually help :-)

  • Do you have any advice for people suffering from psoriatic arthritis. I get it really bad in my back, neck and shoulders

  • this would have been even more helpful if i had a bad shoulder
