Tim Allardyce, osteopath and physiotherapist, explains happens after shoulder surgery, what you can do to reduce inflammation and how to ensure a quicker rehabilitation.
No registered health professional will be able to help you over the internet (not if they are worthy of their qualifications anyway). Any physio, doctor, etc, will have to perform a full assessment before making a diagnosis and developing a treatment plan so I suggest that you arrange a consultation with your GP / physio. Sorry to not actually help :-)
Thank you!
