Gr8 spins but try centering them by crossing over ur leg aftr u get ur balance, then tuck in ur arms elbow first

It is both....
A scratch spin is an upright spin. A layback is an upright spin. A Bielman is an upright spin.
There are three basic positions for figure skating spins namely upright, sit, and camel. All of the spins are variations of these three basic positions. For a spin to count a a change of position the skater must move from one of these basic positions to another.

When you think about it though, Scratch is better name since it more accurately describes the variation of upright spin being executed.
