C.N.C. (Computer numeric controlled) routing is an excellent method for producing high volumes of precision cut, complex parts with repeatability, speed and accuracy.

Acrilex has continuously upgraded it's CNC capabilities with investments in the lastest state of the art machinery. Acrilex's behemoths can rout parts or panels up to 20 feet long and 5 feet wide. Each machine is equipped with four router heads that can reset their positions on the fly and shuttle between twin tables, and each head is equipped with a 6 bit tool changer.

Multiple operations can be performed without having to reset the machinery or repeat operations. The machinery has the capacity for enormous throughput, making large complex projects, quick, less complicated, and affordable.
