lol i do know of the difficulty. while i was simply born into all i have by chance, my father wasn't. being immigrants, my grandparents came to America. my father went to one of the top universities of America and now, he is making more money than 98% of Americans. within the first thirty years of coming to this country, we had jumped the social ladder. if thats not success, then tell me what is.

Wow. I honestly don't know what to think of this conversation. You make a valid point for personal responsibility in respect to one's own situation. However, what I feel like you fail to address the vast difference in difficulty for those of different backgrounds when it comes to gaining success. What we need is better schools in poorer neighborhoods and more affordable colleges. Such arrogance for something you were born with by chance. I know. I've been that guy too.

we both know that your situation isn't hilarious at all. and its not my fault your ancestors were never able to accomplish what mine have. the way i see it, they've had plenty of time. but maybe its the intelligence factor that gave my family the edge. and i can tell by your writing style that you are probably lower class.
