Bojam TechCunch50 Launch

Bojam - launched at TechCrunch50 conference in September 2008 - is an online music creation service implementing open-source concepts, giving musicians a platform to mix, record, and connect with each other to produce original or popular music in a way never before possible. Musicians of all levels create or discover mixes to contribute to and connect with compatible musicians worldwide for creating music. Mass collaboration has been utilized in text (Wikipedia) and software (Firefox). Bojam does so with music, open-sourcing all aspects of the music creation process, including a wiki-style platform for adding song info, lyrics and instrument tabs. when the hell is this software gonna be launched?!?!? im a slight beginner when it comes to recording & im having a really hard time getting a band for some songs i want to record & i absolutely 100% support this software but im wondering when itll be ready for the general public.

Do you realise that BO is widely used acronym - short for Body Odor in the UK?

Otherwise, looks good, but wondering whether you have equalization / compression and other needed effects to create a good recording?

I went to High School with Andrew. He is the most down to earth realistic, and personable guy I have ever met. We discussed his "idea" for Bojam over lunch and I just have to say, the entire business is based off of real life scenarios and the desire to collaborate with musicians around the world is 100% pure. Please support this business. It will bring people all over the world together, and this is exactly what we need.
