ive done this race its not that bad if you can leap the ditch i had an epic fail on my first try though.

im in the white vest with the blue stripe 58 seconds in and again toward the end
thankfully i didnt fall! this is my home course
lap distances vary from 4-5.5k and the ditch is about half way through a lap!

Alright guys, could you send me this video, so that I can use probably a 20 second clip with the guy at 4.50, as he goes to our school and would like to combine it with some other stuff.

ugh that looks horrible, do you know how far into the race the ditch was? because the would suck to run very far covered in mud

It had to be negotiated every lap and some races were 3 laps long.
