  • can you double the cheddar cheese if you don't have parmesan on hand?

  • @Healoneministries Yes, or you can use another cheese if you like :)

  • Can you replace the butter with oil?

  • @thirteenpizzas I strongly recommend following the recipe as stated. I've never used oil instead of butter, so I'm not sure what the result would be ;)

  • i'm not sure which recipe should i cook, should i make this recipe or your other macaroni and cheese recipe, since both recipes looks great, i'm just not sure which ones better :)

  • @EckoOwnage This is the simpler, plain version - the other one has more flavor. It's up to your personal taste ;)

  • Liters, grams, Celsius . I;m gonna have to do a little research on converting these since here in America we do everything backwards for some stupid reason! I subscribed too!!

  • Ur recipes make me seem like a chef and I don't even cook often... They are so easy :)

  • i have a question! i tried to do this..but i couldn't find grated cheddar cheese at the store...so i bought some cheddar and grated it myself..but my sauce came out all like...chunky and with the cheddar all funky! it was NOT smooth and creamy at all!! what was the problem??? :( please answerr !!

  • i got that mac and cheese on youtube aswell :) i always make it like that and i put about 3 tipes of cheese in it :)

  • I love your videos cause I'm from new zealand so I can follow easy unlike American rerpics

  • Awesome video! Looks like it would taste great7

  • @thirteenpizzas Oil can be used however it doesn't work very as well. It burns the flour VERY easily since it gets very hot and the rue won't thicken properly. Butter really is much better, if you don't have butter you can use margarine that can work too, but butter just tastes better

  • looks awesome. I believe the cheese blends may be worth waiting to make this when I purchase them.

  • Lol, I love how you say "I'm the one pot chef!" :D
