@Downbythewater73 With an artist as great as Fassbinder, there isn't one obviously best film,
rather than a matter of indiviual taste and preference. When I started watching the BRD trilogy, I'd read someone saying that what was clearly the best film was Maria Braun and that the weakest was Lola but, I disagree as I found them all just about equally great for different reasons (love the songs the main characters sing in this and Veronika Voss). The actresses in this trilogy are just so amazing.
