@zach11991, well I doubt it, though they have similar armor designations (color) this ODST is very experienced. So why then would he be called "Rookie" in the game?

@mandalorian9 a rookie is a beginer with little or no experience, in war it experience that counts. All around those whom ave survivied at know as veteran simply for experience. Train always helps u to learn and survive in order for a rookie/beginner to be a experienced solider.
