2008-2009 New Jersey Devils Season Ending Video

I wanted to do a season ending video. Of course I was hoping it would be a more joyous one. And I would've done it sooner but I was trying to fight the right music. The music I used was kinda my fallback plan in case I couldn't find anything else. As it turns out, this music was probably the most appropriate for the video. It has it's sad parts, but upbeat parts too for the good parts of this season. I hope it doesn't come across as too sad. I tried ti keep things in order of how they happened during the season(though not perfectly) and I tried to show every player at least once(hopefully I did).

I know I'm not alone in saying that this was one of the most fun seasons I've had being a fan. Probably the most fun non-Cup season for me. That's the part I tried to get across in the pictures part of the video, particularly the 2nd set of pictures. Hope you all enjoy.

Thanks to the New Jersey Devils for a great season. Again, shorter than it should've been, but I won't soon forget it!

I was pretty shocked by the epic collapse that ended our season, I really did expect big things from them last season. The surely did disappoint but what a season... 51 wins! I'm going to miss Rupp & Clemmer the most.

i think this year we should have won the cup i mean i dont think any team when through more key injurys then us holik marty and rolston where all hurt but thats when you can truly tell when your team has what it takes to win scott clemmensen basically saved our season when wekes wasent at his best for someone who had as little nhl experence as clemmensen did and played so few games before this year i think he along with jammie and zach they where only a few reason we did so well cup champs2010

what a shame! we had a very good season despite brodeurs injury, it's a shame we lost the way we did against carolina, it kinda seems that we can't beat them! the last three times we have faced them in the playoffs, we've lost...oh well at least gayrolina didnt win the cup, im starting to hate the hurricane more than i hate the flyers...

yea same here I turned off the TV and just said why? liker seriousely NJ had the best season ever even without Brodeur in nets I had high very high hopes for a Stanley Cup in New Jersey but nope they came crahing and I mean sudden crashing no preperation just boom FUCK YOU NO CUP DONE!!! I didnt know what happened it happened so fast.
